When the weather begins to heat up and summer is here, Duke Energy and the Piedmont Triad Council of Governments distributes electric fans through ADTS to people 60 years of age or older who are residents of Rockingham County and are facing a home situation that is a threat to their health and well-being due to a lack of air conditioning.
